Aquaponics and Hydroponics

A good way to conserve land is to use aquaponics or hydroponics. Hydroponics: a technique of growing plants (without soil) in water containing dissolved nutrients (wordnetweb.princeton.edu/perl/webwn) and Aquponics are  the symbiotic cultivation of plants and aquatic animals in a recirculating environment.
